Ryan Murray is my go-to trusted plumber! He has completed 2 kitchen and one bathroom renovation for me, and each time I have been blown away by how efficiently and smoothly he has worked. He would always have a strong attention to detail to make sure everything looked perfect. He would always arrive with a smile on his face and would always make sure that I am happy with the outcomes. It is also quite evident that he has a lot of experience, as he would always provide suggestions on other/better ways of doing things in order to provide the best outcome for the job. He assessed the repair work to my hot water system, quoted a very reasonable price within minutes and repairs completed same day. And very house trained, left no mess behind. Only complaint is that I only get to rate on 5 stars while they're definitely worth a 10. Ryan's service was professional in every respect. It was very helpful to get a text message before Ben arrived, to let me know that Ryan was on his way. Ryan left everything back in its place.
